Welcome to the World of Gaya
The first chapter introduces the main characters in the futuristic city of New Continent, where they get involved in an incident and prosecuted by the security forces.

About the author
David Díaz
“I remember when videogames used to be simple but beautiful and immersive pieces of art that differ from films or common animation, they were a particular medium by their own right. As technology was improving, videogames naturally evolved with it and players would be able to live more decorated stories with more complex mechanics, however, that singularity as a medium gradually became less relevant.”
David Díaz is an artist illustrator and animator in Chester, Northwest England. His artwork is influenced by classic videogames, ciberpunk animation from around “the nineties” period (for instance, Aeon Flux and Ghost in the Shell) and virtual pets, that were so popular when Tamagotchi and Digimon were introduced in that decade.
